Any student living in Shelby County is eligible to attend Libertas.
As of school year 25/26, any child who is three or four years old by August 15th is eligible for tuition-free Pre-K, although the total number of Pre-K seats available is limited by public funds received.

Enrollment period for 2026-27 school year:
- January 30th, 2026: new applications and re-enrollment begin
- March 1st (11:59pm): initial period ends: deadline for guaranteed re-enrollment, and new applications for inclusion in the lottery
- March 6th (9:30am): lottery
